No display on Geforce 7300GS with Asrock 939NF4G-SATA2

Hello,

I have some trouble using my pcie video card Gigabyte GV-NX73G128D-RH with my mother board Asrock 939NF4G-SATA2 instead of the onboard geforce 6100. I can't get any display from the pcie card, and lspci does not see anything. I can not really disable the onboard card from the bios, i can only choose the primary graphic adaptator between PCI, PCIE and onboard. If choose PCIE, there is no display from the pcie card, and after a few seconds, there is a display from the onboard video card.
I have tried installing/removing the nvidia drivers in windows. Oddly enough it helped : i mean windows was able to see the geforce 7300 but was not using it. I rebooted to see what lspci would say but it was gone (also in windows). Unfortunatly i am not able to reproduce this.
This doesnt seems to come from the psu (i changed for a fortron it didnt help). Also i tried with another GV-NX73G128D-RH card, it didnt make any difference. I have also updated my bios.

The output of dmesg and lspci are the same, no matter the card is plugged in or not.
I am running a debian testing 64 bits with kernel 2.6.18.2, but with another kernel or a livecd, the card is also not detected.

Any idea?
