NIC Error on RHEL-5 update 4

Hello

I installed RHEL-5 update 4 on HP DL360 G6 Server.I get following problem using mii-tool.

[root@localhost ~]# mii-tool
SIOCGMIIREG on eth0 failed: Input/output error
eth0: negotiated 100baseTx-FD, link ok
SIOCGMIIREG on eth1 failed: Input/output error
eth1: 10 Mbit, half duplex, no link
eth2: no link
eth3: no link

Using Ethtool I get the following info

[root@localhost ~]# ethtool -i eth0
driver: e1000e
version: 1.0.2-k2
firmware-version: 5.11-2
bus-info: 0000:04:00.0
[root@localhost ~]# ethtool -i eth1
driver: e1000e
version: 1.0.2-k2
firmware-version: 5.11-2
bus-info: 0000:04:00.1
[root@localhost ~]# ethtool -i eth2
driver: bnx2
version: 1.9.3
firmware-version: 4.6.4 NCSI 1.0.3
bus-info: 0000:02:00.0
[root@localhost ~]# ethtool -i eth3
driver: bnx2
version: 1.9.3
firmware-version: 4.6.4 NCSI 1.0.3
bus-info: 0000:02:00.1

[root@localhost ~]# uname -r
2.6.18-164.el5

Why "SIOCGMIIREG on eth0 failed: Input/output error" this message shows for only eth0 and eth1? Any Idea?

Thanks in advance.

BR

Was this problem not showing before? Loose wire / connection?
