nForce2 + Geforce FX + Audigy2ZS = ... .. Help!!

So, this is my problem, I bought yesterday MSI K7 Mainboard, and - for being stupid - didn't check the board before buying for nForce. Now I'm having a couple of problems.

The mainboard (dont remember the *exact* type) has AC97 audio, and nVidia-based ethernet integrated. (well, also SATA, etc, but that's irrelevant now) It has nForce2 - chip controlling PCI, ISA???(yeah, accord. Mdk10.1 pro) etc..

When I use the AC97, it works just like an integrated sound should; plays music, mic works, but no dull-duplex operations; that is Bye Bye TeamSpeak2 & Armyops. When I disable the onboard audio, install my Creative Audigy 2 ZS, set the drivers etc and play sounds, I get the first 500mSec of the stream as an endless "laggy" loop. (ie: 3DoorsDown: Here without ya = a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a .. .x100 ha-ha-ha .. x 100) So yeah, not definetly working. lol. The funny thing is, that by adding Creative SB Live! (the old one, 5.1) everything works like it should!
(Yeah, I *need* my audigy; Live hasn't got enough jacks for my Zalman 5.1 headset)

So go figure, I've tried all drivers I can get to work...

And the second one: After succesfully installing nVidia's driver, configuring the xorg.conf etc, I load the module, and try "startx". it waits, and falls with errors, that (the main parts) say:

Could not initialize nvidia device!!!
and
Screens found, but none have usable configurations.

As in topic, I have GF FX 5200/256mb, Audigy2ZS
MB is MSI K7 based, cpu is Sempron 3000+, with a gig of ram.

..Any help *would* be appriciated, spent yesterday 7 hours around googling...

Try switching the sound card to a different pci slot. Its more than likely an issue with the IRQ sharing of Nvidia and Creative. Moving the sound card to a different pci slot should free up the shared irq problem. Post back if this works :)

Ookay, Sofar I've managed to get GF FX to work (well, only 1999 FPS, but..) the sound problem still exists. La-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-laggy-gy-gy-gy-gy-gy-gy-gy-gy sound. No help with tryoing other PCI slots, I'll try to manually set irq's today.

..And if that won't work, next mainboard.. (allready selected one with VIA chip. Slower then nForce2, but...)
