New hardware installation
Hi Guys
Please advice I have installed a new hardware called SANGOMA which is for PBX configuration. Currently i want to view if my Centos is detecting it. I have entered lspci -v command and here is the output: 0a:09.0 Network controller: Sangoma Technologies Corp. A200/Remora FXO/FXS Analog AFT card Subsystem: Unknown device a500:3500 Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 41, IRQ 10 Memory at d0200000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K] Please advice if this indicates that centos has detected it and its ready to be used. My problem is that it states that 32-bit, non-prefetchable which causes confusion in me as is it ready or not ready to be used. Your urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated. Regards Muks |
Linux has detected the device but it doesn't know what driver to use. You may need to ask the vendor for a driver or ask the vendor what generic driver would work for this device.

lspci -vnn : Should show the "pci id".

Asterisk used have a good collection of drivers for that stuff. Are you using that? Are you sure it shows on the pci bus?
