You should post your questions in their own thread, as many members here can answer your questions. Directing them to jeremy probably won't get a very fast response as he is very busy just running this site. Also you should have more direct questions and not so vague. Your questions above is like someone asking how to rebuild an engine in a car, but not telling them the kind of car or engine....
Also you should search the forums here as these questions are asked all the time.
