To my inexpert eye that looks OK and says your gateway/router is at 192.168.2.1
Try issuing the command (as root)
ifconfig eth0 broadcast 192.168.2.255
to fix your broadcast address. Any improvement? Check output of 'ifconfig' (on its own) again. If nothing you could try setting a static IP address with
ifconfig eth0 192.168.2.100 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.2.255
and trying again. These won't change anything permanently. When you reboot you will be back to your original config.
Do you have a file /etc/sysconfig/network ? If so you can probably make permanent changes to your network config in there.
