Angry Netscrool mouse in Linux


How can i make than the XFree86 make work the netscrool my mouse, i puted the IMPS/2 protocol

You also need Option "ZAxis Mapping" to get the wheel to work (Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2" only specifies a wheel, without activating it).

So the mouse section in your XFree86 Configuration file should look like this

Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
with the device setting immediately following.

Hope this helps, it's not completely clear what you're asking, but this is the most common question, so I'm taking a guess .
