Need help with triple monitors

I've gotten my triple monitors almost completely set up. I'm using an nVidia 5900XT to power the left and middle screens, and an nVidia MX 4000 PCI to power the right screen. My problem is that I use the nvidia module for the 5900XT, but am forced to use the nv module with the MX 4000. How can I get the MX 4000 to use the nvidia module?

When I change nv to nvidia in XF86Config-4 and then startx, all monitors have severe distortion and windows disappear when dragged to the right monitor. It appears to be a refresh/redraw problem because the nVidia logo stays on the background forever instead of going away after a second.

Is there a way to compile the nvidia module twice and have two separate instances load (one for each card)? Or is there an option to send to the nvidia module that will tell it to run the two different video cards independently?

BTW, I'm running Debian unstable with XFCE 4.2 RC3.

bump

Nobody knows why I can't put Driver "nvidia" for both cards without problems???

OK, well I figured out the problem. And to prevent anyone else from having the same problem I'm going to share. I bought this card
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...144-136&depa=0
with the intention of setting it up to handle my third monitor.

The problem is that although the mx4000 chipset is listed as supported on nvidia's site, it's really not. When I loaded the nvidia module and started X, the card would not refresh the monitor's contents (no redraws, so the nvidia logo would stay forever) making it completely useless. I could move the mouse around and open windows, but they would not be drawn. However, it does work with the nv driver.

Long story short, I'm highly skeptical that any cards with the mx4000 chipset would work with the nvidia linux driver. Therefore, do not purchase a card with the mx4000 chipset if you are planning to use the nvidia module with it.
