need a pci-express firewire card

so i searched around for a bit, and couldn't find anything. if there is, i guess i just fail at search terms. i need to get a firewire card for my computer to import from my minidv camera. i just wanted to make sure it would be compatible with ubuntu 9.04 jaunty jackalope. i am thinking of getting this one:

i need a pci-express card, so if anyone has any recommendations instead of that card, please let me know. i just sorted by 'best reviews' on there, and the price is a lot cheaper than i had expected. tia

I've tried a couple of firewire cards, and have not had a problem with them being recognized or running. They were PCI though, and I bought them and plugged them in and booted up.
