Glad u got it all sorted out...as to ur floppy sounds like cable is wrong way round if LED is constantly on...have another go at changing ur cable round ur not gonna damage ur pc... but ur best getting it sorted cos u never know when u r going to have to rely on boot up from floppy!!!
