multimonitor Nvidia and ATI RAGE 3d

I am trying to get a multi monitor thing going here. I was able to get the ATI radeon 7500 and ATI RAGE to work together to do this but now I am trying to get an Nvidia TNT2 and an ATI RAGE 3D (Mach64). So far I can get both screen to come alive but my cursor will not go over to the monitor on the ATI. I suppose I am just missing something simple but I can't seem to find it. My question is then how can I get my cursor to move from across both monitors. ( I am using Slack 9.0 with X 4.3 and KDE 3 )

Thanks
