multihead agp and single pci video card

I'm having problems getting this to work. I had a Radeon 7000 AGP dual head running and installed an extra PCI Radeon 7000 to use a third monitor. However, my dual head output is just the same screen - my left and middle screen show the same output as if it's still just dual head and my third screen (PCI) shows the second screen. Here's my XF86Config:

So, as it is now:
The two left screens now work (regular dualhead) and the right screen stays blank. However, when I go into init 3, the right screen is what becomes active while the others go blank.

I tried this as well:
