MSI GeForce 4 Ti 4200 Not being seen with SuSE 9.1
Hello all,
Welp I took the plung into Linux 2 days ago and I must say I am scared, First after not being able to load windows.. Seems I will never get it loaded again. I am going to totally immerse myself in Linux. Well slowly but surely I have started understanding a few things about this operating system, but I am currently at a point where I am stumped. I have SuSE 9.1 and a MSI GeForce 4 Ti 4200 8x AGP card. I ran the YaST live update thing and think I installed the new nVidia drivers but alas, SuSE does not see my card in any of the lists. This is the only thing holding me back. I play DAoC, and I saw that other people play it on Linux with some programs, well, If I can get my video card to work properly I might just be able to stick with Linux and give Windows the shaft ... Maybe maybe not... i tech for people using windows soo ... we will see any help for this wannabe SuSE user would be very helpful. Btw if this helps I use the KDE Interface.
Thanks for the help,
TJ Newell
