Mouse back and forward buttons are interpreted as buttons 2 and 3 (MX610)
 
I've got a Logitech MX610, and the forwards and back buttons are interpreted as buttons 2 and 3 (middle click and right click). Does anyone know how to get them interpreted as 6 and 7 (or 8 and 9 or whatever they are supposed to be)?

Google for 'xmodmap mx610'. The buttons need to be remapped.
