MotorolaC975 via USB

Just got myself a new MotorolaC975 mobile phone. It relies on USB connectivity to transfer data files (audio & video). I connected it up. I couldn't obviously use the included CD cos it is for Windows only (tried using WINE but it said that this software will not work on this version of Windows).

When I rebooted my system with the mobile still attached to the USB, the system gave me the option of allowing it to auto-configure and managed to successfully detect the make and model of the phone.

I've mananged to confirm that my laptop is correctly reading from the Motorola. I used the Info Centre on KDE to get the following information:-

OHCI Controller 1
Motorola Phone (C975)

Manufacturer: Motorola Inc.

Class 2 Communications
Subclass 0
Protocol 0
USB Version 1.16

Vendor ID 0x22b8 (Motorola PCS)
Product ID 0x3002
Revision 0.1

Speed 12 Mbit/s
Channels 0
Max Packet Size 0

So how do I communicate between them both so that I can download and upload data? Is there some software or something I can do? Or even somewhere I can ask that might provide more help - another forum?

My problem is where do I find out any details about the connection? how can I use it? etc... there's not a USB device on the file menu so I can't use that. I just want to be able to trasfer data between my PC and the phone.

Thanks if anyone can help.

V300 is supported by moto4lin.

What about C975? Has anyone found the solution?
