Mother board questions ? ? ?
 

Hey, all. I am hoping someone can help me out here.
I am looking for an all in one mother board that supports linux flawlessly with all of these features that I will list below. The linux distribution that the board works with does not matter. I plan on rolling my own distro. All I need is the kernel version, the xfree86 version, and the drivers that are used for the nic and sound.

- Small form factor

- On board Lan

- Nvidia on board graphics with 100% tv-out support

- On board 5.1 channel audio 100% working

- DDR ram 266/333

- AMD Athlon XP

- USB 1.0 or 2.0

- working UDMA 100 support or 133

I hope someone can give me the name of a board that supports all of the above. Thanks in advance to the person that does.

ECS K7S5A, but you'll have to plug in the Nvidia and 5.1 audio, there is on board sound but not 5.1 !
