Monitor won't turn on on boot

Sorry if this thread does not relate to Linux, but just don't know where else to ask this question.
So I have some issues with my monitor quite some time, well since I've got this PC, that was about few years ago.
So the problem is that when I boot the PC, it looks that it works fine, boots, all signals normal, I can hear how HDD starts working, but the monitor won't turn on, it's like sleeping, when turn on it manualy, nothing is being shown on it, but I know that system booted.
More interesting gets, that before to turn on the computer if I unplug the main cord to the Power Supply Block and wait 2 sec until everything out of power, then plug it in again, and boot It will boot normaly and the monitor automaticaly turn on and everything normal..
I don't think that's serious, but just not convenient..
Maybe you have some ideas what's the problem..?

--Thanks, and sorry my bad English..

Hi...
which OS are you using? What happens if you connect a different monitor/LCD? Give a try & then revert.

Also if you know measuring AC voltages in the wall socket, check that all the 3/5 pins in the wall sockets

have proper grounding. Also ensure that there is no loose connection in the socket internally -- to the system

as well to the monitor. Even an intermittent connection of monitor data cable on the main PCB could be the

problem. Although that requires you to open the monitor, do it only if you are familiar. If not possible

move the system & monitor to a different location altogether and see if it works fine.
