Monitor has this weird line

Hi,

I run two monitors. And both has this line scanning the screen. How do I fix it?

I cannot move the computers any further apart. There is no space left on my desk.

They both share the same power surge bar. Would getting a seperate one help? But both will still be plugged into the same outlet.
