Monitor Driver for sony NV170

I have a Sony Laptop model number NV170 running Red Hat 9 and I can't get the screen resolution to change. My monitor isn't recognized and I believe this is probably the problem, but I can't find the driver anywhere. Does anyone have an idea of where I can get it?
