Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Modem not recognized on Compac Presario

Him

I am running SUSE 9.3 on a Compac SR1500NX Presario. It is a duo boot with Windows XP.

This log-in is with a Robtics external modem but I would like to use the internal modem which acording to windows is a Motorola SM56.

Is it possible to use the internal modem?

Rich
