mod loading problem

i know that my eth card mod is 8139too... and it always loads 8139cp during boot so i have to modprobe 8139too and dhcpcd eht0... you know. its a pain. here is a snippet of my /etc/rc.d/rc.modules (slack 9.. just getting things started) i am under the impression that this file is what controls those modules' auto-loading... you know. the way i edited i would that they proper thing would load now, but i'm pretty noobish still.

# Red Creek Hardware Virtual Private Network (VPN) support:
#/sbin/modprobe rcpci
# RealTek 8129/8139 (not 8019/8029!) support:
/sbin/modprobe 8139too
# RealTek 8139C+ enhanced support:
#/sbin/modprobe 8139cp
# Sangoma S502A FRAD support:

look at /etc/modules.conf if you add the modules in there they will autoload.
