Can I add a drive to this motherboard interface?

Looks like the intention was there at one time (or that the intention IS there, on similar models of this dell hardware...)

When dell tends to do (plus other laptop manufacturers) does is make a basic case model. So while your model might have a bay for a HDD, that doesnt mean its got a chipset/BIOS verson that supports the bay, or wiring from the bay to the chipset.

Its possible that you might be able to use it if you solder the correct connections in. Without knowing the model, I'd guess not.
