Memory Advisor tool

I am looking for a tool which will simply tell me the specifications of the RAM that is installed on my linux machines (Suse 9.2).

I use the crucial memory advisor for my windows machines but need a tool that will do the same job for the linix machines.

I simply need to know the amount of RAM and the type.

Does anyone know of a tool or command that can do this.

I simply dont want to have to open up each machine every time im doin an audit!
