MDK9.2 winmodem troubles

Hi. I'm trying to get my Conexant V9x PCI winmodem to work with Mandrake 9.2. Basically, I've got the driver file I need (PCI_56k_V2_K2.2.17.tar.gz) but I cannot find the elusive hsfcompat_24-1.0d.tar.gz file I need. Everytime I use the link http://www.mbsi.ca/hsfcompat/hsfcompat_24-1.0d.tar.gz, it always links back to the linuxant site, who are charging money for the proper 56k drivers. Google searches have also come up with nothing.

Does anyone know where I can find this file? I want to get the modem working on both MDK and XP. I want to get online with Mandrake. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

<Edit> I'm using Kernel 2.4.22
