Matrox Millennium

Hi guys, I wondering if anyone knows where I can get drivers for the MAtrox Millennium G550 AGP video card on a http server, as I'm blocked from accessing ftp servers from work?

And how do I install it without booting to kde or gnome first?

I just got this card a few weeks ago, and a few days ago added a pair of matched Samsung monitors... its a nice little card for being an old 32Meg.

The mgapdesk software works great for meddling with you XF86Config file, I highly recommend it.

Also look into compiling in framebuffering support for specifically that card into your kernel, check out /usr/src/linux/Documentation/fb/matroxfb.txt

Lastly, here's my little mirror of the driver packages:

After you unpack everything, the readme's are pretty self explanitory, post back if you run into snags.

Cheers,

Finegan
