Matrox Millenium P650 on RedHat Fedora
Hello everybody,
I am about to order a Matrox Millenium P650 for a new system I intend to build and I was wondering if anybody knows how P650 behaves on Linux RedHat.
I checked the matrox site and I noticed I can download P650 RedHat 9 drivers, but they are from 2003.
I plan to install the latest Fedora.
Any story on good or bad experiences with this card on RedHat, or advices, are welcome.
Thanks,
Ovidiu

I never had problems with Matrox under Linux (200, 450, 550 and now P750) !
But I had to compile a Parhelia-Driver for the P750, but it should be supported "Out-of-the-Box" now ? (I'm running SuSE).

I'm using fedora with a matrox millennium 450 and there was no problem recognizing the right card
Does anybody know how to get the duel head working with fedora. It just clones the main screen and I would like to use both screens independently or stretch one desktop over the two.
Thanks

MATROX P750
I try to compile it on my SuSE 9.1 and it tells me that my kernel does not support the AGP devices and I do not know how to make it support it.
