I Run A Apple Powerbook G3 Pismo and was wondering what PPC linux distro is best ? all of these Distros are ported to use on a mac i think lol but i just cant seem to get much done with Yellow Dog, wich is what i have now,, <having problems read othe post> but its aight. i know Mandriva is a decent o.s. on pc but i dont know about mac
and debian i know nothing about otherthan you can install it over the internet wich rawcks but i dont know how much support any of these have for drivers such as the ATI Rage 128 mobility wich is my videocard so anyway give me some feedback |
I have had better luck (ease) using nVidia video cards than ATI in Linux, myself.
