Newb_Linux_Geek Member Registered: Nov 2003 Location: Milky Way Galaxy Distribution: Mandriva 2010 Posts: 35 Rep:	Mandrake 8.2 on a NEC Versa 2635 and the 3Com 3C589D Network card is not working Here is what I've got. I've got a old Versa laptop that I have reacently put into a linux computer. However I'm having trouble with getting the network card to work with it. I don't know if anyone has had the same problem or knows what I'm doing wrong. I've run drakenet and the network card wasn't picked up. When I installed MDK 7 the network card worked but the mouse and keyboard didn't work. When I installed Mandrake 8.2 on it everything else worked but the network card doesn't. If anyone has an answer, I'm willing to entertain it.
