Mandrake 8.2 installation


for over the past month or so i have been trying to install mandrake 8.2 ontop a micron trek2 laptop that i have. ive gotten extremely close to getting it to work, but it wont.

here is the log of the installation i did tonight, if anyone has any clue whats going on/how to help please let me know... thanks!

Hey there,
Have you tried the install with minimal graphics? I have had problems with that being an issue before.. If this is the first time you have tried to install it on that machine try reinstalling with 800*600*16bit graphics. I dont know what to tell you about your filesystem errors... it sounds like the install isnt finishing correctly or there is something wrong with your disk, but then I'm just guessing.
