mandrake 10.1 d-link dwl-122

I AM A NEWBIE. how do I get my D-LINK DWL-122 usb wireless b adapter to work in mandrake 10. I tryed the configure tool in mandrake, chose prism2_usb and auto probe but that didn't work. I have seen threads where people say to use ndiswrapper but I can't seem do find ndiswrapper in mandrake. Do I have it? How do I use it? Be gently, I am very willing to learn but have only been messing with linux for a few days.

alternative

If I can't get this working I would be willing to invest in an internal wirless card if I knew it would be easy to get going. Anyone know of a particular wireless b card that will "just work" with mandrake 10.1?
