MA111 on Ubuntu 6.06LTS

hello!
i'm Very new to linux, i was about to install ubuntu on my homebuilt system, and i wanted to know if i could somehow get my USB adapter to work on it?

all usb stuff is generally detected on all new linux system.
what exactly did you mean usb adapter?
