Probably not what you're looking for, but a Fitlet-H from compulab. It's a 4.5W APU, so probably 10W under load. But fanless so silent. And about the size of a book. The udoo x86 ultra would be the intel variant of roughly the same specs (maxes at 8GB ram, not 16GB though). I mostly like things like these because they are silent and low watts. So my summer months can be more silent with an A/C that doesn't run 24/7/365. And if I need to put more than one machine on a single outlet, the smell of burning or the dimming of lights doesn't haunt me.
