Logitech MX1000 Problems

Ok, so here it is. I've had this mouse working before (Logitech MX1000, the "laser" mouse), although I can't quite remember how, but it never worked to it's full extent. Can anyone show me the exact way to enter this into xorg.conf to use as much of the mouse as possible? I'm stuck using my corded 3 button mouse, and I would really like to use all the buttons and the side scroll. Thanks!
