Angry Logitech Mouse being sticky :(

Just bought a logitech mouse with a scroller and was amazed after plugging it in that the scroller just worked straight away after reading lots of posts with people having a problem with theres, trouble is though, the cursor seems to jump accross the screen sometimes, just occassionaly, anyone know of a way to stop this? ive got it plugged into my usb but I got an adapter with it, would using that make a difference you reckon or is it something else?

Hi,

This may be due to the mouse configuration.Configure the mouse properly.Or if u r a redhat user go to /etc/sysconfig/hwconf.....>delete the "mouse" class...save it .run kudzu....it will detect the mouse and configure it.
