Unhappy Loading aic7xxx module in Debian 3.0 installation

Hello!

I'm trying to install Debian 3.0 an a Pention II 266MHz computer with aic7xxx scsi controller. I made a floppy containing these modules from the redhat 2.4.20-8 kernel:

/boot/aic7xxx.o
/boot/aic7xxx_old.o
/boot/scsi_mod.o
/boot/sd_mod.o
/boot/tlan.o (my ethernet card)

I tried to load the scsi_mod.o first, but it just gives the message "The loading has failed".
Also when i try to load tlan.o or any of the others, it tells me this.

Do I have to pass some arguments when loading the module?
Is the redhat-drivers not compatible with Debian 3.0?

Please help!
