Linux software to compliment Wacom Bamboo?
I was going to buy a Wacom Bamboo tablet for my computer. I understand that Linux should support it just fine. My larger problem here is if there's anything I should know, or any software to compliment it, like the Corel program included with it? (I was looking for a bit more than GIMP)
Easy question, if anyone's found anything, let me know.

I find gimp to be good software (it's the reason that I'm buying this actually!) but it's not designed specifically for tablets (CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG, I LIKELY AM!)
Anyway, I'm looking for something that has features of the software that comes with it, ie, different brush darkness + size depending on pressure, UI optimized for usage with tablet.
GIMP very well might, I was just totally oblivious to that. If so, please correct me.
Edit-Preferences-Input Devices configures tablets(and other input devs)
Brush options can adjust opacity, brush size, etc., based on pressure and/or velocity
I've found it to work pretty well so far; using a tablet is still new for me
