Linux Software Similar to Everest Free?
 

Is there a program for Linux (preferably on a LiveCD) that is similar to the Everest Free Edition on Windows?

I want to find out detailed information about the hardware in my computer in a somewhat easily readable manor.

I hope I have this in the right place I'm somewhat of a newbie.

Maybe hwbrowser???
