Hi, I'm thinking about buying the very cheap laptop that
X technology sells on half.ebay.com. It comes without any
OS. Has anyone installed linux on this machine? Any
problems? Thanks.
I don't have one of those. But as far as i can see (with the info i found on the site) It should work I think. I dont know if you can get the graphics to run optimal. You can use vasa frame buffer but thats not near optimum. If you don't care abould running stuf like quake3 then I don't see a problem.
ifelse find out what graphics chip it uses and try them for drivers.
