Lifeview Flyvideo 3000 TV Tuner card

I want to get my Lifeview Flyvideo 3000 TV Tuner card running on Red Hat Linux 9.0 install, I dont have gnome or KDE running. Using Fluxbox. I installed xawtv but it claims there is now video* devices in /dev/ . The SA***** driver supports my TV card but it wont install complaining about kernel modulse and such.

If anyone has dont this before or could help me of hand with out more info?
I will post the error messages this evening.

ok here are the errors from trying to run xawtv:

Code:

This is xawtv-3.93, running on Linux/i686 (2.4.20-8smp)
WARNING: Your X-Server has no DGA support.
can't open /dev/video0: No such device
v4l-conf had some trouble, trying to continue anyway
v4l2: open /dev/video0: No such device
v4l2: open /dev/video0: No such device
v4l: open /dev/video0: No such device
no video grabber device available

and here are the errors for trying to make the driver:

Code:

make -C /lib/modules/2.4.20-8smp/build SUBDIRS=/home/ravilj/drivers/tvtuner/saa7134-0.2.12 modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.20-8'
The present kernel configuration has modules disabled.
Type 'make config' and enable loadable module support.
Then build a kernel with module support enabled.

make[1]: *** [modules] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.20-8'
make: *** [default] Error 2
[root@localhost saa7134-0.2.12]#

And than does anyone know the difference between the following drivers?
bttv-0.9.15
cx88-0.0.4
saa7134-0.2.12
