Question Lexmark x6150 with Fedora Core 1

I am using Fedora Core 1. When my system starts Red Hat hardware finder finds X6100 series Lexmark printer. But then I do not see it in the printer manager. Please help on how to find it in the user environment and set it up.

I am just surprised that my Linux distro found it when Lexmark customer support has told me that they do not have a driver for Linux. Linux printer driver web sites do not have a driver for it either.

What is even more surprising to me is that Lexmark belongs to IBM, please correct me if I am wrong, IBM is moving toward full Linux implementation within the company, then why not have drivers for all their printers for Linux?
