Leadtek PVR2000 Tv Tuner help

Hello. I have been spending a lot of time trying to get my Leadtek PVR2000 card to work. So far I have good picture and sound, but I cannot change channels. It's stuck on one channel. Here's my outputs:

lspci:
Code:

02:09.2 Multimedia controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder [MPEG Port] (rev 05)
dmesg:
Code:

My module autoload looks like this:

videodev
cx88xx card=9 tuner=43
cx8800

I'm using an AMD64 gentoo kernel 2.6.15-r7. Seems to have the latest v4l stuff as far as I know. Tv card was not autodetected so I had to put it in manually as card 9. Maybe a design change in the card? I have tried stable and now testing version of TVtime. Both work great if I like one channel only. I did set it to scan channels to no avail.

Anyway, I highly appreciate help on this. There is not much help on the net in configuring this card. Thanks for any help you can give.

Did you ever get the card to change channels? Because, I too have this card but I can get the channels to change but I have no audio. I unloaded all cx modules then reloaded them.

cx88xx card=9
cx8800
cx8800 card=9

I believe that the card has a slightly different ID than is stated in the driver documentation.

Thanks.

The way I got sound working was to unmute the aux2 sound bar in kmix. I believe that and another sound tab affect the sound on this card. I get sound this way, but am unable to adjust the volume any other way such as in the program. Manually adjusting it this way works though.

I think these cards are hit and miss depending on revision. Some people seem to be able to actually change the channel. I get sound but can't change the channel.
