LCD without OSD under Linux (LG L1900R)

Hello,
I am planning to buy an LCD monitor and I really like the LG L1900R. Instead of having buttons and on-screen menu on the device the screen settings can be adjusted via a softwer called "Forte Manager". I am almost sure that this software is available only for windows.
Can anyone pls. help me if I can use this device under Linux?
Thanks!
