LCD SyncMaster refresh ?

Hi.
I had a big problem.
For about 2 weeks i can't solved it.
Maybe you guys help me becouse i am frustrated about not using linux.
I use it about 2 years and now

Ok my monitor is :
Samsung SyncMaster 192T ( 19 LCD).

My xorg.conf for the monitor is :

Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
VendorName "Monitor Vendor"
ModelName "Samsung SyncMaster 192T"
DisplaySize 300 230
HorizSync 30.0 - 63.0
VertRefresh 56.0 - 75.0
ModeLine "1280x1024" 108 1280 1328 1440 1688 1024 1025 1028 1066 +hsync +vsync
Option "dpms"
EndSection

This i found on the web :
DisplaySize 300 230
HorizSync 30.0 - 63.0
VertRefresh 56.0 - 75.0
The last one was write to digital cable , i use digital ( before i had for analog conf.)

My card Radeon 8500 LE.
I use Fedora Core 3.
I try everything , i also install the old xorg 6.7 in fedora to install drivers to radeon but nothing.

NOW MY PROBLEM IS : 60 REFRESH ALWAYS
IT MUST BE 75.

In windows , in the box they wrote 75.
But in linux always only 60.

Please help me , search the web ( i did it) , give me some advice.
Like i said i am frustrated.
