i heard that lcd monitors are supposed to be utilized with a 60hz refresh rate nad when i checked my pc and laptop they both were set to 60 but my ubuntu is set to 75 and cant be changed, resulting in a flicker on the screen quite frequently. anyone know how to change the rate
