LAN Driver
 
I have Centos5.3 64 bit installed. My board in GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L Mother Board. Linux doesnot detect my lan card and the light goes off while I boot into linux but it works well on XP.

What will I do ?

Aside from posting the details (output of lspci, as requested, and information about the NIC on that board), did you bother to try to look this up?? Putting in your board model and CENTOS into Google, brings up:
