Looking for some information on using the Kyocera KPC650, with Debian GNU/Linux 3.0r1, Kernel 2.4.26.


I've got my linux device working with a good number of cards, but this has absolutely thrown me for a loop, I'ld appreciate any help possible.

The unknown device seems concerning to me!
Also I can not actually locate the device to cat it for reference vendor/product hex's.

Please advise.

Good day. I just purchased a laptop and installed a clean version of Fedora 4. The laptop has a Kyocera KPC650 modem that will connect with Verizon. It works fine in Bill Gates World, but I am having problem with Fedora. As you know, the card goes PCMCIA. Will the connection device by an eth0() or something similar?

Did you get yours going? If so, any help would be appreciated.
