Keyboard output buffer

Hi,
i need to write a program (in c/c++) for read data from serial port and send it into keyboard output buffer so any application is able to read that directly from the keyboard.

I don't know how can send data into the keyboard output buffer.
Can anyone help me?

Tanks,
