Kernel panic on new dual core system


Every i log into my gentoo installation after about a minute i get a kernel panic. My specs are:

Asus M2N4-SLi mobo
eVGA Nvidia geforce 7600
2Gigs of DDR2 ram
250G SATA hard drive. Everything seems to be fine in windows.

Need more information. For example, can you boot other distros? What about various livecds? Windows? What’s your kernel config? Perhaps there is a bios setting regarding IRQ’s that needs changing (sorry I can’t be more specific, but I can’t tell). You can usually capture a kernel panic with a serial cable and a second computer acting as a virtual terminal. Your photos show only the last part of the panic.
