Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Kernel message about my CPU

I just booted up my Slackware box, running kernel 2.6.6. During the boot I noticed a strange message "The hardware reports a non fatal, correctable incident occurred on CPU 0." Does anybody know what this means? Is my CPU dying? Or is it just the heat. I'm running an AMD 800MHz Thunderbird, overclocked to 930MHz. Below is the actual message from /var/log/messages.

Try running it at the normal speed. The kernel can freak out sometimes if you overclock your CPU alot.
