Hello everybody...i've been using the 2.4 kernel for the past few months on my RH9 machine without a problem...a few days ago i tried test6 of the 2.6 kernel and everything was great except it recognizes my Logitech USB Optical mouse as a ps/2 generic and the scrollwheel does not work. I checked the xf86config settings and everything should be in order for the scrollwheel but nothing.

Also i have an archos HD mp3 player which mounted fine on the 2.4 kernel but wont mount at all under 2.6...anyone have any idea how i can solve these issues? Thanx in advance.

i had this problem as well, some other issues with gkrellm not showing it's hard drive meter, and a few more i cannot recall at the moment, you should remember it is just a "test" kernel, it's most likly just not reinstated into the code yet. if not and there is some significant setting change you have to make to get it to run under a 2.6.x it will soon to be known once 2.6.x goes mainstream. as for now im not sure how much you can do about it unless u want to run though the kernel source...
